The views and beach was absolutely beautiful. The stroll for the beach is what I loved the most. The house alone will not be in good shape. It's outdated and very outdated. The home furnishings was not comfortable at all rather than good with small kids as a result of very pointy edges, the mattresses need to generally be thrown out and new ones brought in. You could feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you had two king beds that was nice.

Thank you for your feedback.  Without a doubt this home can be a primary beach house and when you are expecting more this is not the place to suit your needs.  As with the outdoor spigot, without going into plenty of details allows just say that it is actually in the works for being addressed.

They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, plus the location was awesome, however it's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows had been all really in need of replacement, as had been the doorways, the trim, much of your furnishings, and so forth.

I loved that there ended up two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for kush Grown ups who want to travel jointly. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it all over again or advise it to a friend.
